I think the iteration would be first - create an experience that would be mostly video based. text could be read by teachers. no internet? drop the contend on a thumb drive or a CD and run it off that. as far as running business off instinct - that is both a problem and a solution. The goal of this would be to debunk traditional methods that dont work, and teach best practices.
